The permanent improvement dynamic at Dounitex is part of a common approach: the Mosaic Consortium, of which Dounitex is one of the founders and whose main purpose is to offer a large and varied range of products across the different companies that constitute it: Atalante, Cabilux, Dounitex, Interlinge, Mayapull and Vetwear.
Created in 2003, Mosaic is the first Moroccan consortium comprising specialized textile leaders.
Based in Casablanca, Mosaic was born from the will of all of its members to join forces and unite in order to offer its partners proactive solutions for permanent improvement.
The Consortium’s approach is based on :
- Experience emulation and sharing the six companies are playing a leader’s role ones for the others.
- Synergies and economies of scale realized thanks to common actions such as searching partnerships abroad, common purchasing and sourcing, strategic analysis and common staff trainings for staff members of different companies.
- Monitoring and benchmarking at all levels : Commercial, technological, HR, every company being responsible for a pole (“sales and marketing” pole for Dounitex).
- A common pavilion for promotion and export services.
Mosaic also represents ethics :
